Megablock Terms and Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before You Play

1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Megablock, creating an account, or placing a bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use any Megablock service.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual player and Megablock. They apply to all activities you undertake on the platform including account registration, deposits, placing bets, participating in live casino games, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals.

These Terms should be read alongside Megablock's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between Megablock and every registered player.

3Account Registration and Eligibility

To register a Megablock account, the following eligibility requirements must be met at the time of registration and maintained throughout the life of the account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Megablock does not permit players under 18 to register or participate in any real-money activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address.
• You are permitted to hold only one account on Megablock. Opening a second account — whether under your own name or using a different identity — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a Megablock employee or contractor in a role that could create a conflict of interest with betting activity.
• Your use of Megablock must be for personal entertainment only. Using the platform for any commercial or professional betting operation is not permitted without express written permission from Megablock.

Megablock reserves the right to verify all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point. If verification documents are requested — such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport copy, or utility bill — and the player fails to provide them within the requested timeframe, Megablock may suspend the account and withhold withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

4Account Security and Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Megablock account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication settings. Megablock strongly recommends using a unique password that is not shared with any other online service.

All bets and transactions made from your account — whether or not you personally authorised them at the time — are your responsibility. Megablock is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

• Never share your Megablock password with anyone, including people claiming to be Megablock staff. Our team will never ask for your password.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Megablock support immediately at support@megablock.im to initiate a security review.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your device is free from malware and that any session is properly closed after use, particularly on shared devices.

Megablock maintains its own security infrastructure including encryption of account data and transaction records. However, no online platform can guarantee complete immunity from all forms of security breach, and players are strongly encouraged to take personal responsibility for their own account security in addition to relying on platform-level protections.

5Deposits and Payments

Megablock accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. No foreign currency deposits are accepted.

• The minimum deposit amount on Megablock is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits are credited to your Megablock balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider in most cases. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 15 minutes of payment confirmation, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Megablock does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are the player's responsibility and are not refunded by Megablock.
• All funds deposited must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned where possible and may trigger an account review.
• Megablock reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal where deposits originate from an account that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered player.

6Withdrawals

Megablock processes withdrawal requests according to the following policies and timelines. Players are encouraged to read this section carefully before placing large bets, as withdrawal conditions apply to all balances including betting winnings.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. Where same-channel return is not possible, Megablock will contact you to arrange an alternative.
• EasyPaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 2 to 10 minutes of submission during operational hours. NayaPay and SadaPay are similarly fast. IBFT transfers are processed within 1 to 3 banking hours.
• Megablock reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals exceeding Rs 50,000 in a single request or Rs 1,00,000 cumulative in any 30-day period. Providing KYC documents promptly avoids delays.
• Withdrawal requests that are under active security review may be temporarily held for up to 72 hours. The player will be notified of the reason for any hold within 24 hours of the withdrawal being flagged.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money funds and winnings from wagering-complete bonus cycles may be withdrawn.

7Bonuses and Promotions

Megablock offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer as well as the general conditions in this section. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific terms take precedence.

• Welcome Bonus: New Megablock players may claim a 100% match on their first deposit up to Rs 50,000. The bonus carries a wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount on eligible markets before withdrawal. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 30 days of account registration.
• Eligible Markets for Wagering: Pre-match sports bets and live casino games (Baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar) contribute 100% to wagering requirements. Virtual Sports bets contribute 50%. Accumulator bets with odds below 1.50 per selection do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire 30 days after being credited unless a different expiry is stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, the maximum withdrawal from bonus-derived winnings is limited to 10× the original bonus amount.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time on Megablock. Attempting to claim a second bonus while one is active may result in the newer bonus being forfeited.
• Megablock reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time if evidence of systematic bonus abuse is detected — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.

8Betting Rules

All bets placed on Megablock are governed by these general rules in addition to any sport-specific or event-specific rules displayed at the time of placing the bet.

• A bet is confirmed and legally binding once Megablock has issued a bet acceptance confirmation to the player. You are responsible for checking that your bet details — selection, odds, and stake — are correct before confirming.
• Megablock reserves the right to void or limit bets in the event of manifest pricing errors. Where an error in odds is determined after a bet is placed, Megablock will either settle the bet at the corrected price or offer a void and full stake refund.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to available market conditions. Megablock may suspend in-play markets during key moments (wickets, goals, timeouts) and bets submitted during a market suspension may be rejected. No bet is confirmed until you receive a written acceptance notification.
• Minimum bet amount on Megablock: Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and account tier and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. A void leg in an accumulator reduces the accumulator to cover the remaining selections at the revised combined odds.
• Megablock's Cash Out feature is available on eligible in-play bets. The Cash Out value is calculated by Megablock's systems based on current market conditions and is final at the point of the player's Cash Out request. Cash Out is not available during market suspensions.

9Live Casino Rules

All live casino games on Megablock — including Baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and all other live-dealer titles — are governed by these additional rules.

• Live casino results are determined by real physical dealing and are final. Technical disconnections on the player's side do not entitle a refund of any bet that was successfully submitted and accepted before the disconnection.
• Where a disconnection occurs on Megablock's server side during a live casino round, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to all players involved.
• Players must act within the allocated betting window for each game. Bets submitted after the betting window closes will be rejected, even if they appeared to be accepted on the player's screen.
• Minimum and maximum table bet limits are displayed clearly before each game session. Players who attempt to bet above the table maximum may have their excess stake returned without settlement.
• Any player found to be using automated software, scripts, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games will have their account suspended and any winnings derived from such activity will be voided.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Megablock. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account on Megablock under any identity, real or fictitious.
• Using another person's identity, payment details, or personal information to register or operate a Megablock account.
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to profit from predetermined sporting outcomes.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, or scripts to place bets on Megablock without prior written authorisation.
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical glitches, or system vulnerabilities intentionally to profit from known incorrect odds.
• Systematically claiming multiple welcome bonuses or other promotions through the creation of new accounts or the use of different payment methods registered to the same individual.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at Megablock employees, support agents, or other players — including through the live casino chat function.
• Attempting to launder money through deposits and withdrawals on Megablock without genuine betting activity between transactions.

11Account Suspension and Closure

Megablock reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, underage gambling, or any other conduct that Megablock considers harmful to the platform or its other players.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, the player will be notified within 24 hours of the suspension being applied. The player will be given a reasonable opportunity to provide information relevant to the investigation. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and full access to funds restored.

Where an account is closed permanently due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, Megablock will return any real-money funds that are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms to the player's verified payment method. Bonus funds, winnings derived from bonus abuse, and funds tied to fraudulent activity will not be returned.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed immediately. Players who wish to self-exclude rather than permanently close their account should refer to Section 12.

12Responsible Gaming

Megablock is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable betting environment. We provide all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase requires a 7-day cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Loss Limits: Caps on how much you can lose within a set period. The same rules apply — reductions immediately, increases after 7 days.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications that alert you after a set number of hours of continuous play to remind you to take a break.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours to 90 days, during which no betting activity is permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: A minimum 6-month full exclusion from all Megablock betting and gaming activity. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed before the minimum period expires.

13Limitation of Liability

Megablock provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous platform availability and accurate betting markets, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Megablock shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, revenue, or data arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or inaccurate pricing that was not the result of deliberate act or gross negligence on Megablock's part.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the Megablock platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to follow these Terms and Conditions or to maintain the security of your own account.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, Pakistani banking infrastructure, or circumstances outside Megablock's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits Megablock's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14Intellectual Property

All content on the Megablock platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, software, odds data, and all text, images, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of Megablock or its licensed content providers.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Megablock platform for personal betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Megablock platform.

15Amendments to Terms

Megablock reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should stop using Megablock and close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently revised. We recommend checking this page periodically.

16Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from your use of Megablock shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Megablock operates its platform to serve Pakistani players and has structured its operations accordingly.

Any dispute between a player and Megablock that cannot be resolved through the support process described in Section 17 should be referred to binding arbitration before any other legal action is initiated. Both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through the support escalation process before seeking formal dispute resolution.
